What are your appointment booking policies?

In order to ensure your services we request that you arrange your appointments well in advance. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment time. Arriving late for your scheduled appointment decreases the time of your service. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Your treatment time is reserved exclusively for you. We therefore require 24 hour advance notice for all services, should you change or cancel your appointment. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment cost (minimum $25) should you not cancel in advance.

 

What are your payment and gratuity policies?

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. All payments are due upon the rendering of the service. Gratuities for spa services are not included and are at your discretion. 15-20% gratuity is customary for excellent treatment and is greatly appreciated.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, checks, cash, Longwood Healing Center and Spa gift certificates and Care Credit cards. We are proud to offer Care Credit as our no interest payment plan. For more information or to apply, click below.

Checks are not accepted for the PST program.
